mall shopping, indoor theme park, beautiful city views
Check-in process was confusing!!! The room I paid for wasn't available, and instead of a hotel suite, I was pushed into a far-off residence which felt more like a downgrade than an upgrade!!! How is that acceptable? Housekeeping was also lacking, making the stay frustrating.

fantastic central spot near parks and cultural landmarks
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with its prime location making it easy for me to stroll to the nearby Museum of Islamic Art, which is just under 2.5 km away, and to enjoy the peaceful views at Al Koot Fort, less than a mile walk from my room. it truly felt like my second home thanks to the welcoming staff who facilitated my early check-in and late check-out.

Family with children Review worth considering
Had a great time overall. The valet service was really good and the room service was prompt, very clean suite that made us feel comfortable.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

Luxurious escape with minor quirks
We enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel, especially the indulgent Indian restaurant where the chicken butter was a standout! The staff were friendly and attentive. However, door locks could use an upgrade for easier access. Families will love the spacious setting. Don't miss the pool area!

great stay, but minor improvements needed
The hotel's architecture is breathtaking, with elegantly designed interiors that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff, especially Ms. Amal, Ashref, and Rasheed, provided exceptional service, making us feel valued and attended to throughout our stay.
The check-in process took longer than expected, which was frustrating after a long journey.

The decor at Banyan Tree is stunning. Elegant designs everywhere made the common areas feel warm and inviting. The spacious room I had was located right in the center, making it easy to explore the city. Staff members were extremely helpful, especially during my visit to the spa, which I highly recommend. Breakfast offered a multi-variety menu, but there were limited options every morning. More signage for navigation around the hotel would have made my stay even better. Also, I found the parking to be a bit tricky during peak hours. Despite minor inconveniences, my time there felt special due to the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. I genuinely enjoyed relaxing at the breakfast venue with its beautiful ambiance.

A sweet surprise at dinner
The hotel had an impressive design, and the views from our spacious Urban Suite were breathtaking. The pastry selection added a delightful touch to our evenings.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning was too strong, making the environment feel overly cold. We also faced an unexpected charge for an extra bed, which was frustrating.
