Check-in process was confusing!!! The room I paid for wasn't available, and instead of a hotel suite, I was pushed into a far-off residence which felt more like a downgrade than an upgrade!!! How is that acceptable? Housekeeping was also lacking, making the stay frustrating.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with its prime location making it easy for me to stroll to the nearby Museum of Islamic Art, which is just under 2.5 km away, and to enjoy the peaceful views at Al Koot Fort, less than a mile walk from my room. it truly felt like my second home thanks to the welcoming staff who facilitated my early check-in and late check-out.

Had a great time overall. The valet service was really good and the room service was prompt, very clean suite that made us feel comfortable.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

The spa was amazing, and the couples massage was out of this world! Views were stunning from our room, and the gym facilities were great.

I genuinely enjoyed relaxing at the breakfast venue with its beautiful ambiance.
